Recommendednever had any problems, great central location close to EVERYTHING I need or not far away. beautiful center yard, close to downtown and the beach.
Shame on these folks takes a money order for application knowing you wont qualify wow. Trying to move out from a shelter every penny counts. Who does this kick them when their down. Why take the fee if you saw the income wouldn't meet to requirements. disgraceful
