I want to say that the receptionist Ashley was a gem. I was feeling really nervous and she calmed me down. Ashley has a calm demeanor and was very polite. I know I’m in good hands since they hire people like her!
I can only say great things for this office! the staff are friendly and compassionate. I was assisted by ashley and cannot say enough great things about that experience!
Zudy-took my history, very warm, patient and welcoming Juliana- also very welcoming, quickly concluded and explained the May/Thurner Syndrome to me which was understandable and gave me a legitimately great to resolve several lymphedema and pain issues I have had, Dr. Pensler-very understated perhaps bec of all the time and explanation I had had with others, but certainly strong patient and caring, and easily promoting confidence in her and her procedure.
