I have been taking my vehicle to Penske Chevrolet since 2016 and have spent a significant amount of money there over the years. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has convinced me that I will never return. I brought my car in for a diagnostic because something was wrong with it. I chose this dealership because I purchased my vehicle here and wanted to remain a loyal customer for all of my maintenance needs. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have completely changed my opinion. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and chose to wait while the work was completed. I usually love coming here. I set up an appointment for routine maintenance, interval maintenance and a check engine light several days in advance. On arrival, they didn't know why I was there, I was told there was only 1 technician who could look at my truck and he had 3-4 other vehicles. Said they would need it for several days just to diagnose it. They agreed to change the oil while I was there and didn't do anything else. Said I would need to reschedule to bring it back.
