Scheduled appointment but vehicle wasn't taken into the bay until an hour after the appointment - which defeats the purpose of scheduling an appointment and is a frequent issue here. Additionally, despite advertising they will match a price, they did not honor this coupon from Hare chevrolet for the exact same service (39.95 vs 89.95). Vehicle is owned and should not be excluded.
