I usually love coming here. I set up an appointment for routine maintenance, interval maintenance and a check engine light several days in advance. On arrival, they didn't know why I was there, I was told there was only 1 technician who could look at my truck and he had 3-4 other vehicles. Said they would need it for several days just to diagnose it. They agreed to change the oil while I was there and didn't do anything else. Said I would need to reschedule to bring it back. Quick turn around time and friendly staff
Highly recommend. Shawn Kim was the best customer service rep I've ever dealt with. Like most situations where a car needs repaired, the dealership could say and charge anything, since the average customer has little or no expertise. They replaced the engine, under warranty, free of charge, and gave me a rental while being repaired. Friendly staff.
I took my car to Penske Chevrolet because it was overheating and wanted a diagnostic from what I assumed were the experts. I was told my engine, heating, and coolant system were completely fine, and that my calipers were fused and causing the overheating issue.
