It was my first time here at for premier Chevrolet and let me tell you, I was absolutely blown away from the customer service that I got from one of the sales representatives Angelo. He made the whole process very easy and made me feel real comfortable. As comfortable as he made me feel he still kept a professional standard that I would expect from a sales associate, being very thorough with the different packages of the cars and all of the prices. Definitely would recommend premier Chevrolet to all my friends and family.
My first trip to the service dept was a nightmare! For a recall item was told would take two days and took 5 days and oh pick up your car wed at 5 and then wait in waiting room from 5-640pm because it seems they forgot to finish my car. Left very upset.
Did not have an appointment for service on a Saturday. In and out fast. Free coffee and nice waiting room Very convenient for me

I GOT a lemon sold to me the truck has a squeaky noise that I have taken it in for 5 times It also had an oil leak. The sales man Alex was a joke. And they gave me a after market car alarm. I wanted the Chevy alarm. They never asked me witch alarm I wanted. I had no choice in the matter.
