Poor customer service. Arrived 30 minutes early to my appointment, my car was not taken in till an hour and a half after my appointment. For the first time since I’ve been getting my car serviced there, they did not do a courtesy wash. It was definitely an unpleasant experience by far, it used to be better.
I was referred to Premier of chevrolet Buena Park by a colleague. Internet Sales Manager Trish helped me over phone of my questions. She gave quotes and full information about inventory and color choice i will have. When I walked into show room, Trish made available all discussed quotes on paper as is, ready to be signed. She explained every necessary tech and operative details about car. I definitely refer Trish and Premier Chevroloet of Buena Park.
I worked with Angel, the Internet Sales Manager and we found the vehicle I wanted! I was able to take it home last night! Everyone else was super nice as well that I worked with. I will definitely be referring my friends there. I'm in love with my new Chevy Trax!
Always receive fast professional, courteous service at Premiere Chevrolet. Al Carreno was very helpful with the intake of my vehicle, and making sure I got out in time for another appointment I had. All the Premier Chevrolet service team are awesome.
Nobody is friendly in the service department. Nobody greats you and say hello

Was looking for a Silverado LT with bucket seats. None on the lot. Alonso our sale rep tried to put us in an LTZ instead as the LTZ's have bucket seats with ALL the bells n whistles. He negotiated a price that was hard to walk away from but ultimately over my budget. Hats off to Alonso for offering us a great price, he beat all others who offered up LTZ's by 2K. GO PACK GO!!
