When I dropped my car off tire pressure light just came on. On the paperwork I received when I picked it up it stated that all tires were checked and good yet the light was still on and another light I had never seen before was also on. When I received my car back the brake light was out. Now dont u think if a car is there for service and that light came on don't you think it shouldve been addressed before I picked it up? Premier gave us an amazing deal on an already low-priced vehicle in order to make the deal with our credit union. They also gave us top dollar for our 2015 Equinox (which we also purchased from here). Cody was our salesman and RC was the closer. Great customer service from everyone there! I lost the chipped key to my van and needed a new one. John in the service department was extremely helpful there were all kinds of problems, mishaps, everything that could go wrong did but John was there to explain things every step of the way courteous and kind right down the the completion and me being able to drive my van away.

John in service was awesome . I called about 12 on Saturday to see if they Could squeeze me in . He told me to be there by 130 which I was. They took me right in & took care of me. John answered a few questions i had & made me feel very at ease. The guys had me in and out of there before i knew it. Great experience 😊 Definitely would recommend this dealership.
bought my car in April. needed to have my car serviced due to check engine light came on. the service dept. said they couldnt help me and didnt know where I could take my hyundai. I had to find it myself. everyone was happy to help whee I bought my car, no one can be found when you need to get it repaired. very disappointed. I wish I would have known how difficult it would be after purchase.
