Tuesday afternoon I found that I had a nail in one of my tires. Took it in Wednesday morning and the service department was able to take it right away. As usual with my luck, the tire needed to be replaced. They didn't have the tire in stock but got it there in just a couple of hours. On Friday afternoon I needed to get an aftermarket remote programmed and then go to car wash. I went to my mechanic to see if they could do it and no such luck. Went to Cadillac dealer who sent me to Premier Chevrolet. They programmed my remote and replaced my other broken remote under warranty. It took a little while but when my truck came back guess what? It was washed too! Thank you!!!

I would say they don't listen to the little things, I tried to explain a few things and they just talk over you or just don't listen.

Bad communication with the service dept. I scheduled on Monday appointment on Saturday because I hearing some noise from the engine. I get here and they tell me because they are half staff they can not look at my car because they don’t do troubleshooting on the weekends. Why they even scheduled the appointment???Total waste of my time. On top of it I’m going on four hours for an oil change.
