Pulled in for service and no one came to help. Went inside and they told me they were very busy and sent me back outside... Then after going to get someone, Robert told me he couldn't help me even though though the narional customer service sent over to see about covering under a warranty... Shame things have changed. This is my 2nd car I was going to have serviced with them. But they act like I was a bother...
I just went there for service for a company vehicle on a warranty item. I was speaking with a young service writer and he tells me they need the car for a couple of hours, that's two hours where I come from, he then proceeds to tell me that's 3 to 4 hours, wait what. Needless to say I was done talking with him because of you can't even count two hours then I'm wasting my time, then Robert comes into the picture.
