I've been using pacific premier trust for years now. I always experience excellence customer service. The last time I spoke with Yvonne, she took as much time as I needed to help with multiple things. She is so good at what she does, and I remember years ago when she was in client services she had helped me on many calls and always left me saying good things about the people who take calls there, even way back when they were pension and Lincoln financial.
I contacted PPT this week with an issue regarding my online access to my account. Pedro Gonzalez took care of this issue expertly and efficiently. I always experience great customer service with PPT and this time was no exception.

Really fantastic team. CJ was beyond helpful and extremely professional. I am not well versed in financial matters, but CJ made it very easy to understand the basics I struggled with.
