Terrible service and insane fees. My NY based investment advisor (M D Sass) moved some alternatives to PacPrem from TD Ameritrade a few years ago (over our objections). The fees have been 6 times as high and the service very spotty. The advisor says they're fed up, too. We're now transferring the account out to Schwab. It has taken a very long time and now PacPrem is hitting us with high exit fees and extra admin costs. I've learned I am not the only one getting out.
