I have worked with several Self Directed IRA firms. This company is by far the worst at Customer Support. The worst at follow up. The highest most outrageous fees and the least concerned about their client interaction. It you haven’t already been suckered into to using them-DONT. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.
Absolutely awful. Customer service is non-existent. They do not respond to customer service emails. It is impossible to get to a knowledgeable human if you all their toll free. Avoid at all costs.
I received terrific service from Michael Hamilton at Columbia Private Trust today. Michael was very helpful and was able to provide me with guidance on how to best proceed with a serious issue I have been dealing with. I have a private placement investment in an IRA that has became worthless.
