The service level has really declined for me since they acquired Pacific Premier Trust. They missed a capital call from a private equity investment despite my having called several times to ensure it was facilitated. As well, I have an invesment that shut down a couple years ago and should be a zero, but they have made it impossible for me to mark it down and they have taken hundreds of dollars of fees as a result.
We talked with Pedro and he was amazing! We had 5 items we needed help with and he was patient and walked us through all of the steps. Can't recommend Pedro highly enough.
Maha was our Client Services Specialist from Columbia Private Trust. During our conversation, she was able to assist with two accounts in the most efficient and professional manner. Likewise, she was very kind and patient throughout. She was even willing to provide her contact information, should we need to make a follow up call. She is a GREAT Asset to Columbia Private Trust. I only have limited experience with them after switching from a Pacific Premier Trust account. That said, Columbia staff member Tiffanie was enormously helpful and knowledgeable and kind in solving a couple of problems today, which to me reflects very well on Columbia as a company.
