Jeff came out fast on a Sunday afternoon and got my A/C going quickly and had the most reasonable rates I have ever found.. Didn't gouge me with extra fees and weekend and night rates. I would highly recomend this company in your time of need.

The problem was fixed within an hour of him being here. He was very pleasant and even took the time to explain what was going on very thoroughly. They were by far the best HVAC business I have dealt with in Springfield. They were on time, very quick to find my problem with the air conditioner and fair priced. The man who came was very friendly and great to work with. Thank you Penrod for giving me hope in HVAC companies.
Honest, fast and do what they say they are going to do. I was given a quote by another company saying that a bunch of stuff needed to be fixed that didnt need it. They came out and fixed it in an hour for less than half of what the others told me it would be. They were great! Highly recommend!
