We were previously patients at One Point Health in Penrith, where my 8-year-old daughter underwent two painful procedures to cut out ingrown toenails. Due to ongoing issues, we made an appointment specifically to have the nail surgically removed and the nail bed treated. However, upon arrival, we were told they didn’t have time to perform the procedure—even though we had taken time off work and school for this. I had a both feet operated on. And also follow up weekly appointments with Dr Ozan. He is very calm and relaxed. I now have straight toes and anticipate that I have averted worsening foot problems in the future, as I am getting to my 60’s soon. I have been happy with this podiatrist, and the operation.
