Called ahead to make sure they were accepting patients, they said "yes", so I asked "what is wait time", reception said "1.5hrs" takes me 25 mins to drive to the practice when I arrived they are infact at capacity... Very frustrated. 9:15 pm
Took my Grandaughter on Sunday night. She was quite unwell. We arrived just before 10pm. There were 2 people waiting. Unfortunately they had a sign stating that the Dr had reached maximum capacity so we had to leave. Why? Considering they are going to still be open for another two hours. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME. NO GUARANTEE YOU WILL BE SEEN BY A GP. We are won't go back nor will we recommend that surgery to anyone else.
10:45pm called to see if I could see someone for them to tell me they are closed they should really update your closing time as it states closes at midnight
The bathroom was in a terrible state — it looked trashed and smelled awful, like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. After waiting 45 minutes to see the doctor, I felt completely rushed through the appointment. My boy had a sign of cold sore which very common happened to any kids. The doctor in charged didn’t have fully knowledge of these . She has to Google it then ask us to go home then come back earlier next day . I didn’t get the point .Another doctor seem more experienced but didn’t take right actions (only give us a cream which doesn’t help much) I have to c my JP who pointed out straight away what my boy suffer and give him Antibiotics to reduce pain.
