I want folks to know the severe disappointment I felt yesterday (3-4-24) when I visited this Penrad location at the UCCS performance location on N Nevada Ave by the Ent Art Building. Now I must say, the office ladies were excellent and personable and seemed to truly care about me as a patient and did a great job. But I also told them I had severe back and hip pain from a auto accident which is why I was there, but the MRI tech they STUCK ME WITH, named Joe, had the personality and patient care of a prison guard with a bad ... read more
The reason I go back to the same place to get all my imaging done, is so that they have previous images to compare. I've come to realize that this is NOT what they're doing.... They're reading the last person's crappy report and everything "consistent with previous study" when No. It's NOT consistent. I don't think they realize or care that these images, these reports, they have an impact on a patient's care. I'm left struggling to force imaging into the hands of doctors who read reports and say, See? Nothing wro... read more
