The men working were very kind and respectable. I couldn't of had a better experience. They went above and beyond.
The guys there were so courteous, friendly, and helpful when I stopped in for new windshield wipers today! Very quick, too!
I am another customer that was going there for years and got bad, rude service. I have gone in the past to have them just top fluids off and they did it for $5. The guy was rude and I was gonna leave. He said, I'll do it. Then they did it but charged $5 PLUS another $5 for a quart of oil. What the hell? AND....when I paid the short grumpy guy, he did not give me a receipt, but instead....he put the $10 bill in his pocket! He ripped to owner off! I now go to King Lube in Plover, WI.
I've been coming here for years and have always received awesome service. Not today. After waiting for the employee to finish talking to his buddy it was my turn. I started to pull in and he started yelling at me and told me to back up. Backed up then he motioned me to the left which I did. He again yelled at me to stop after I was just following directions. I've been coming here for 7 years and after this weeks storm I found out they lost power, I didn't want to take my car anywhere else so I tried back the next day and luckily they were running on a generator! They are always very friendly and take good care of my car, thanks guys.

Took my car for oil change, honestly, my normal place had a longer wait time... I should have waited. Was offered the standard or full service, and took full service for "$42." Upon getting to my car (my husband drove), I already knew my air pressure for my tires had been on, and seeing it still on meant they weren't correctly equal, I asked them to do it and was told, it will update as you leave.
