On Feb 8 2021 Went to Pennzoil asked to have fluids checked the guy checked the oil checked transmission fluid said everything was good next day I went to double check windshield fluid empty power steering empty brakes half way empty if someone wants you to check something check all not just oil and transmission I know they can do a good job been going to them for 14 years usually do a great job but this time I was not impressed had to buy and fill most everything I wanted checked please do better the next time I come in. th... read more
RecommendedThis is the best place to have quality work done on any of your vehicles. The staff was extremely kind and considerate. However, a special thank-you to Batman. He was spectacular! Batman was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and kind. Without asking Batman he did the right thing without overcharging. He checked all my fluids for my vehicle and gave me a honest and reasonable price for the mechanical work I need. He did not lie or try to charge me with any thing extra. Went there for a oil change and the could not get my mileage right. I have receipt with one mileage number and a window sticker with another so when do I come back for the next oil change? Also tried to sent me out of there without a window sticker had to ask for one then when I get it has the wrong mileage on it. Never go there again.
