Everyone here is good here they do a great job I never have any problems here they have great customer service and they have great staff�I been coming here for least a couple Of years I won’t go any where else ad long they are in business.
Union City location 2601 Decoto Rd.: This place is horrible. They will cheat you with easy fixes. If you don’t know anything about cars don’t ask them because they are just after your money. They are unfriendly, shady, and just unprofessional workers. The standards are low and have no ethical values. Oh and they yell at you. Their customer service is non existence....don’t come here.

Was her today for my 2nd oil change this place is great the guys here are quick and do a great job and are friendly and the little coffee shop makes a great mocha as well!..� I used to go to Oakland VW but turns out the service department likes to try to screw people around and try to charge them for some crap that doesn't exist
