Penny's Pampered Pet Care is excellent. Penny has taken care of our dogs and cats for over 15 years, and we feel very comfortable with her care for them. She is highly dependable, and the animals love her. She is very responsive to questions when we text or email her, and she even sends photos of our pets to us. In addition to taking excellent care of our critters, she also brings in the mail, puts out the garbage, and even waters the plants. Penny has taken care of our little guy since we moved to Sioux Fall 6 years ago. We area so blessed that she came into our life. Penny left notes and times of her every visit while taking care of Dexter; she sent videos of silly things Dexter did while we were gone. Penny always responds quickly to text messages. Penny is an amazing pet caregiver as well as tending to the overall security of the house. She follows up on things that seem unusual or suspicious. Great communication! I?d highly recommend her to anyone!
Always professional and keeps me up date on everything. Leaves a summary of care note for me when I come back. Responds very quickly to text messages.

Penny is the best you ever could ask for to take care of your fur babies when you are not home. Can?t say enough good things about her excellent care and compassion for our two kitties. She is a true blessing!
Cannot recommend Penny highly enough. She provides excellent care, and when our cat had a medical emergency while under her care, she literally saved his life.
Penny has been our dog sitter for over 6 years. She?s worked us into her busy schedule when we have had a family emergency. Our Great Dane has separation anxiety...he looks so forward to seeing her. She absolutely amazing!!! We love her!!
Penny is an excellent cat sitter. I have used her for about 3 yrs now. She takes care of my fur babies when I?m away, but she also helps keep an eye on my place as well. She is very trustworthy and reliable.
