Penny and her hair studio is amazing. Nice relaxing zen feel that comes from the beach blue colors of the studio. Prices are very competitive and Penny can take care of all your hair needs ladies and gentlemen. Directions: When entering the address in the gps, it may take you the street over. You will need go across the street to a place called Phenix Salon Studio. It's right next to Stevi B's Pizza Buffet. I've been seeing penny for 8 years now for my hair cut and color. She is an expert with both which is not easy to find, and her fees are very affordable. I highly recommend Penny for all of your hair care needs.
