I live 76 miles from Penny's. Whenever I have floral needs into Indianapolis or withing 30 miles of Penny's I call them because I know I will get exactly what i ask for. I will get help deciding what is best arrangement for the price. Their deivery is on time and accurate. Try 'em............you'll like 'em. Yep........Penny's is worth Millions!
