Penny did such a great job! She really takes her time and you can tell she loves cutting hair.
Wow! What a wonderful experience. Not only did I leave there with the best cut I've ever had, but the atmosphere at Penny's is top notch. If you're not utterly pleased with whomever you go to now, I suggest giving Penny a visit. I'm definitely a new customer for life...
