Well I don't like a new landlord coming in raising our rent when we can't even buy groceries. If you live in Hopkinsville Kentucky do not rent or do business with Pennyrile Property Maintenance. The owner is a meth head and he was drinking and driving. He showed up at the apt and while we were gone he dumped all of our plants out and was telling his daughter to dump them out also. He is evicting us for no reason and just decided to destroy our plants.

RecommendedI have no personal experience with this company and don’t even live in the area, but I just read a feel good story that completely warmed my heart where they came to the assistance of an elderly couple struggling to get their yard mowed. We need more people like this.

Best lawn company in the area. They were affordable and always showed up in a timely manner each week and very respectful. I also had them clean out my mess of a garage, it looked like a completely different shop when Justin and his guys were done. Will not hesitate to call them back for any job I need done!
