Very disappointed with the phone call I just made. 2 hours before they close and the person who answered the phone cut me off short. Too booked to see my baby who has not been able to keep anything down since yesterday. My regular vet is not in on Thursdays but I use to go to Pennyrile so I called them. Now I know exactly why I quit going there!!!
Called the emergency line 1 minute before they were set to close. Told them my kitten suddenly couldn’t walk. They told me to bring him in the morning. Told them he wouldn’t make it to the morning. “You can take him to Evansville.”
They was all so very sweet and they took Teddy this morning and didn't have to so thank you so much ��� we will be back�
