We took a family trip to San Diego and this was the perfect house. It is so cute and centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do. Walking to cute little restaurants and coffee bars was also a plus! Definitely will return
Great property and great service
I started working with Penny Realty in October to manage my four properties, and the experience has been very positive so far. Emily Young has been easy to work with, responsive, and on top of the details. She took care of preparing a vacant unit for the next tenant and has handled maintenance issues quickly and smoothly. Managing rentals has felt much less stressful since she stepped in. I’d recommend Penny Realty to anyone looking for reliable property management.
Joy and Penny Realty have been great managing my properties. I don't live in California so I rely on Joy to take care of all the issues that inevitably come up. From getting repairs done, leasing to tenants to collecting rents it's all handled promptly. I'm kept in the loop and, really, I don't have to worry about a thing.
