This rental is awesome. Located right near the pier and the boardwalk and all of the restaurants and bars! Our host thought of everything and was very responsive if I sent them a text with a question. I highly recommend!
We stayed at one of their properties in Pacific Beach and it was great. The condo was well maintained and clean. The host was super responsive and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. When we visit San Diego again we will definitely look for Penny properties first.
I had a great experience with Amanda C. was incredibly helpful and made the process smooth and stress-free. She assisted me right away and made sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. I really appreciate her kindness, responsiveness, and great customer service. Thank you, Amanda, for the excellent support—highly recommend Penny Realty to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful team!
Would give them 0 stars if I could. Truly the worst property management company I have worked with. They are very rude and unprofessional. Don’t actually fix issues, just bandaid them. Do not trust them with your property.
