My experience with Penny Realty was extremely disappointing. The property was rented to us in a condition that was far below what I believe is a reasonable standard for a professionally managed rental. From the outset, the property was in poor condition and had multiple issues that should have been addressed before it was offered to tenants. Go to a different beach front rental company. My Aunt and Uncle have rented this beach front property for years and as the time passes, more and more ends up dilapidated. SOOOO many safety issues. The box fans are so rusted that they zapped my husband and I, the toilets are almost all broken, and we spent our first couple days at the house because the patio door wouldn’t lock. Penny Realty was an excellent host for our family vacation. The beach bungalow was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay with them again.
