This was the worst experience I’ve had with any property management company. Its weird that almost two months after I signed the management agreement, they suddenly told me I had to spend thousands of dollars on renovations before they would rent my property. I have been a tenant with Penny Realty, and I can’t say enough great things about my property manager, Joy Kane. She has been absolutely amazing throughout my tenancy. Joy is professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and truly cares about both the property and the tenants. Any time I’ve had a question or maintenance request, she has responded quickly, kept me informed, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. Their automated apartment tour system is horrendous. Don’t waste your time trying to tour any of their properties because you’ll have to let them scan your ID, face, and enable precise location services on your browser just to get the door code (which won’t work). You’ll be stuck outside trying to get in with no support either via phone or live chat (it’s just an AI assistant that can’t help with anything).
