I recently attended my first aerobics class (step), and I have to say, it was a nice experience . As the oldest participant in the class by over 30 years. I was completely at ease. I not only enjoyed myself, I also learned some moves my daughter and the younger generation do. Lol

I attended a pose fut class.It was one of the funniest workout cardio classes i've ever been to and I do a lot of zumba. The energy levels are high!! I was also able to experience Zumba on a 4th of July float with penny loves fitness. If you want a fun workout class I definitely recommend!

This class is so sexy and fun. I think I’m still sweating! The instructor is so energetic, motivating, and knows her stuff.

Such a great experience. It was my first time. I'm energized and my muscles feel strong. The instructor is awesome. Her energy is contagious and the oldest lady was 73 and was jazzing it up. I had fun. Self care at it's finest

Enjoyed attending my first step aerobics class yesterday. The instructor breaking down the steps for each routine, along with her encouraging everyone to just keep moving and have fun. The song selections make you want to keep moving. The other participants encouraged each other and I would definitely go back!
