It's nice and quiet. The manager is easy to work with when you have issues with your trailer. It is kind of expensive to live here.
This trailer park is expensive to live in, plus The management seems to always look for a reason to pick at some people that live her. It's quite and as some tree's. It seems to be a good place to raise children here as well.
So beware if your going to apply to live there. Most places give u specific criteria that has to be met to qualify. This place doesnt but when you speak to someone they ask you questions and you tell them honestly and your told that will be fine then after you pay over $60 for the application fees what you were told was ok or didnt matter is the reason your denied. To me it seems like a comoany that just wants to collect as much as they can for application fees and will lie to get them.
