Bram the manager exemplifies by far the gold standard in customer service. He 100 percent does his job exceptionally well, and goes above and beyond. I hope he is recognized by this company, and seriously acknowledged. He is an excellent manager to his team as well as it shows in their workmanship.
Brahms is very transparent and an overall genuine guy. He means well and wants the best for his customers. I live in Ardmore and had to get coil packs and fuel injector done. He completed it very quick and was notified at work that day. My car is older at the time was at 110,000 miles (2013 g37x awd sedan for those wondering) so I noticed a problem with my valve body and he was able to notify me free of charge on the issue and I was able to correct it later on at infinit of Ardmore.
