I needed a tire valve replacement that had me grounded in the middle of a desperate job emergency. Although the shop was fully booked for the day, Bram, the service manager, and Rell, the technician, took care of the inspection and repair, all in the most express service ever. They were remarkably understanding, very respectful, and excessively professional. We’ve taken our cars here three times. And been significantly overcharged. The third time was due to an issue they didn’t fix the second time. When we brought it back on a Friday, they were supposed to have it done on a Monday and still don’t have it done by Wednesday.
Got a flat from a wire/nail (thanks Philly roads) and limped into here because it was close after calling. Guys fixed me up and I was on my way. Tipped because they weren’t even trying to charge me. Didn’t know I would be leaving with a restoration of my faith in humanity. These guys rocked.
Had an emergency flat tire today on my way to Delaware. Bram and His staff wereable to get me in today and get me back on the road. they have a wide range of tires luckily They had one left of my size. would highly recommend for any service you need
