I really enjoyed my 1 year there. It’s a great place to transition when moving to Harrisburg and I would have stayed much longer. I received my apartment in spotless condition. Minor issues were fixed the same day. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The laundry room is great and half the price of laundromats. The place is beautiful and clean. The office staff love them they so professional. Tyler in maintaince is courteous and gets the job done. Security is top notch.
I recently relocated to PA from out of state and couldn't be happier that I ended up at Pennsylvania Place. Covered parking, pet friendly, great views of the mountains, a friendly and responsive staff, they truly covered all of my needs and wants in an apartment! After comparing all of the similar options in Harrisburg, I know I made the best choice!
I really really really really really love this place
It's been a great place to live for my wife and me. She works a couple blocks away at the hospital and I have a 15 minute drive to work so it's very convenient. It's also a good location because it's close to a lot of restaurants downtown, the riverfront, and city island. Maintenance staff has been great as well as the leasing office. There's a pool and gym on site, and laundry but you have to pay per load ($1.75). Parking is also $90/$100 a month. Overall it's been great for us.
It's a great place to live especially for short term (residency or college). Office staff gave a great tour and answered all questions I had. The building has scanners to get to almost anywhere in the building (including parking) so safety and security is of no concern. Maintenance staff are prompt with repairs and PA place has an online tool to submit service requests. Though only open during the summer, the pool is a nice addition to get out of my AC cooled apartment!
I moved here in January and so far it's been a very seamless transition. Everyone in the office is very helpful and maintenance is not only extremely quick but kind as well. The laundry room is always clean and there is plenty of parking and the building is very secure. I haven't been to the pool yet, but it's cleaned everyday and I can't wait to lay on the lounge chairs when I have time. There's also building wide events every month which are nice to get to know your neighbors!
I must say the facility is a super one by all standard.I stayed in 713 with my son from 1st July to 28th November,2014.I was realy impressed by their prompt and efficient way of meeting all complains.The gym, laundry, swimming pool, BBQ arrangements, the garbbage disposal system, and above all the location is beyond explanation. I enjoyed my living.Thanks.
