Office Staff and Doctor were very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Dr. Bozak, He lisens to your concerns. Helps you feel comfortable . His receptionist Shirley is very nice too!
Waited over two hours before receiving treatment. Antiseptic applied to back after procedure caused major rash and itching.
