Office close due to weather (spotted freezing rain), but without any announcements. All patients who have been taken off from their work now standing infront of the closed office.
Horrible customer service! I had a consult on 11/1 had a surgery scheduled for today, no one from the office contacted me to remind me of the appt or that what my out of pocket was huge and it was due at time of service! I would have rescheduled or saved the money I’ve been to quite a few dental offices but this is by far the worst when it comes to customer service!

I was sent to this office by my dentist. I have a huge fear of anything dental. Upon making the appointment, they got me in right away. Front staff was very helpful, as I didn't have my insurance information, they called my dentist and looked it up on a website. Doctor was great along with the assistant. Very helpful and comforting. Hopefully don't need to go back for more extractions but certainly will come here if i need to.
My son had his third molars surgically extracted in July. At this time, he is still unable to completely feel a portion of his tongue. I have been a dental hygienist for 19 years and I do understand that things like this could(although rare) happen. The doctor made sure to call me on a Saturday morning and prescribe a steroid and ask me to purchase Vitamin B in the hopes the nerve that he hit could recover.
