I have been an out of state customer a couple of years now. Some day hope I have the opportunity to visit their store in person. Have made several purchases of perishables from them (cheese) without a hitch. Recently, the transport company fouled up and took 4 days to deliver my cheese even though PennMac sent it via 2 day expedited shipping.
