I had PLM insurance for 1.5 years on a business I have in Minnesota. PLM charged me double what they should have charged me. How do I know? Because I have another business that is insured by State Farm, and both businesses are very similar. In fact, PLM insured a 2002 Chevy (liability only) for twice the rate that State Farm insured my 2007 Chevy (full coverage). Same body style. Same truck. Entire claim department doesn’t answer their phone. No email response either. No supervisor no one. Christine, John are supervisors. Bridget fisher is adjuster, she won’t answer any calls nor emails. I feel sorry for the owners of this company. I hope they visit their company once in a while see if they really at work.
