I have a very bad experience with this insurance company. I have been waiting for 6 months for them to pay for my car, which I owe to the bank and I have to pay month by month. I've tried to contact the estimator so he can see the car and pay for the damages and he won't pick up the phone. The body shop already has me getting married by calling me. It is the worst in the insurance company.
My daughter was hit by someone with this insurance back in December 2023 it is now May 2024 and no one will answer the phone or get my car fixed. Both myself and my insurance agent have tried now for months to get them to do what they need to do and they just won't.
Extremely unprofessional, was told there's a new sheriff in town . We have been with this company for 50+ years and have never filed a serious claim. Absolute joke of a company. Only out to take your money !!!!!
Rude and delays on claims. Very unprofessional and rushed if you need an answer.
