One of their policyholders crashed into my car—which was safely parked on the shoulder—and although I called and sent emails, photos, and the police report to process the claim immediately, the company is unfortunately failing to do its part. It's been 2 weeks since I was hit by their insured party and I have not heard from them at all. I have attempted to contact the insurance adjuster "Thomas Demarco" directly multiple times and have heard nothing. I have attempted to reach out to the company directly and have not been successful. I am very distraught as I am not only a new mother, but I am also losing work due to this accident and this company. If I don't hear anything soon then I will be reporting them to the state and potentially getting a lawyer involved.
