Bridget Fisher is incredibly unprofessional. She has done everything she can to make the process as difficult as possible and that is if she even bothers to respond to phone calls or emails. We have also contacted the VP of Claims multiple times and have not heard back from him either. If you ever have to deal with this company, do yourself a favor and hire a lawyer immediately.
Every time I have to call this company I am very lucky and fortunate to get the opportunity to speak to their customer service department hands down the best apartment they have. It's always a pleasure to talk to Aaron or my absolute favorite Jessica. Jessica and customer service will definitely turn your frown upside down and do her absolute best to help you out with whatever information you need.

Super rude and unprofessional...and after looking at all the previous reviews looks like I am not the only one. It has been over a month I submitted a small claim for our business and have reached out multiple times barely got the claim adjuster to answer. And she was awful, short and rude. Awful experience. Lets see if the VP of claims returns my calls.
I had the bad experience with this insurance company. They don’t want to pay the vehicle accident payment. Very unprofessional service.
