Let me preface this review by first saying that the only reason I come here every month is because the Penn network makes me. Every single month it is the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. There is not one good employee, and I’ve worked with all of them, that can handle issues or people in general every single month. There is some sort of issue they can’t find my prescription. Insurance copays force me to refill here. If i dont get here when it opens, im in line for 45+ minutes Sending this as i approach register, in line for an hour as it stands Prices are great otherwise the wait and line is insane
If you pack a lunch you can survive the ridiculously long lines
Communication is poor. They are often out of medications and they don’t call you to inform you, instead they wait until you come in to tell you. The line is always wrapped around the wall so there is always a long wait. At times I have been told they never received my prescriptions only to find the script later.
