I’ve had three experience at PA Dental Group and they have all been incredibly pleasant. Frankly, this office has performed like a masterpiece like a well-trained orchestra every time I’ve gone in. Barbara at the front desk sets a warm, welcoming tone and after our greetings, she assured me that the hygienist, Reem, would be with me in a moment. Excellent service from start to finish. The front desk was helpful with scheduling, and I was seen right on time. The dentist was very patient and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The clinic is modern, clean, and well-equipped. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend this place to others.

I visited Pennsylvania Dental Group Ltd for a root canal, and it turned into a complete disaster. The procedure took twice as long as they said it would, and they gave me almost no aftercare instructions. I’ve been in pain ever since, and their follow-up has been unhelpful and dismissive. I truly regret going there.

I went in for a routine cleaning and ended up with a botched filling. The dentist seemed rushed and didn’t explain the procedure properly. Days later, I’m still in pain, and they’re refusing to take responsibility. Avoid this place if you value your dental health.
