I visited Pennsylvania Dental Group Ltd for a root canal, and it turned into a complete disaster. The procedure took twice as long as they said it would, and they gave me almost no aftercare instructions. I’ve been in pain ever since, and their follow-up has been unhelpful and dismissive. I truly regret going there.

I went in for a routine cleaning and ended up with a botched filling. The dentist seemed rushed and didn’t explain the procedure properly. Days later, I’m still in pain, and they’re refusing to take responsibility. Avoid this place if you value your dental health.

My experiences with this office were mixed, but the bad parts were really bad. A few years ago I told them, during a routine visit, that I was experiencing hot and cold sensitivity on my lower right molar. The dentist took a look and said I needed a new crown. He did something at the computer and said we was submitting a claim to my insurance company. Fast forward to the next visit a few months later. I used to be afraid to go to the dentist because I had a really bad experience with a hygienist somewhere else. Before I started coming here, I hadn’t been to the dentist in 5 years. Now I go to the dentist every 6 months and I don’t worry about it because the hygienists are very kind and gentle, but also very efficient.
