I am a current client overall my experience with dr wicki secretary is poor I am not sure of her name but she is very rude very short I am aware that they need time to send prescriptions to the pharmacy but to hear “at the end of the day you need to call us ” at the end of the day it’s there responsibility to provide at a minimum respectful service. Should be -0 as a rating. Unhappy with the services of you are 1 minute late they will not let you into the group and everything has to go through your counselor. The front office staff act like they don’t want to help with anything and give you attitude once you ask for a supervisor. I discharged myself due to my counselor only working 3 times a week with a set schedule.

I think her name is Kelsey. She’s awesome. Great group loved it. I cannot complain. Yeah, Good experience overall, I opened up , met some cool people. It was pretty chill. She was very open and understanding. She also worked with my schedule, made me feel like she was here to help me not out to get me if that makes sense. She even gave us snacks once . While Dr Hutton is very nice, the people at the front desk, minus Caleb (?) could use some help in the customer service dept.. Whoever I spoke to yesterday (12/27/22) was very soft spoken, so I asked her NICELY if she could please speak up and she practically bit my head off; interrupting me, being rude, etc. I called today (6/3/2024) to request the link for an appt and the girl whi answers the phone basically called me a liar and blamed me for THEIR mistake, which I DO NOT appreciate. they tell you they take your inssurance then keep charging you for other things that they say are not covered,i'm now $230.00 out of pocket and they are asking for $300+ now for a polygraph test,,, but still i received no help from them yet,,no returned phone calls,or anything,called and left messages but know returned calls,,
