Love the Psychologist and the Therapists have been great with my family.
This place is terrible! They can't keep therapists. They had some really good ones however when they won't follow the company agenda then they are fired or quit I WOULD GIVE THEM -2 STARS IF I COULD. IF YOU NEED HELP GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT NOT HERE !!!
Much like others have said, this place is a joke. Took my daughter there after having some unfortunate and quite scary events happen this year and was placed with one therapist that told us her whole life story at the very first meet and only advice to my daughters bad thoughts were "how about you just don't. Don't think like that". Which made her hate going there. Luckily they kept messing up appointments and I'm guessing she either got fired or quit. Fast forward to now we're in family based. The young lady counceller has been very good for my family member... they have been good about scheduling as well. I have had a unanswered phone call or 2 from billing office (somewhere else) as well as some confusion on billing. So if office got billing stuff sorted- Id say theyre a pretty dang good outfit.
I had a horrible experience here. The rules kept on changing as they go. I was here in my own Tryen to get the help I needed, and this was not a good experience at all. Waste of time , I should have look at reviews before I came. Go anywhere but here . Unprofessional and I hope they go out of business
