Absolutely terrible! Horrible! We lived by the baseball field and people would take our parking and throw garbage in our walkways but management never stopped anyone. They took time for repairs.They were doing pest control and we had to take time off to be there and get our pets out. They made appointments twice and cancelled late in the morning the day of causing us to loose 2 days of vacation. Snow removal was a nightmare. You are only a number to them. Only care about money. Can't wait till I move out. I don't recommend it to anyone.
I've lived here almost 15 years and have never seen a roach, so maybe the people complaining brought them when they moved in? And the maintenance is almost unbelievably fast...sometimes they're here 10 minutes after my call, and almost always take care of the issue in a couple hours.

These people dont care how many people live in a place. If you like living with roaches move here. They dont check peoples places so if they have them cause they are dirty you get them. Bed bugs are a big problem they do not treat it right. They dont care good luck if you move in.
If you want roaches in ur food move here!! Call the office an they "document it". They don't do inspection's on other apartments so when they have 10 people living in a 3 bedroom townhouse an they are infested they don't care as long as they get the rent!!!! This place is a joke unless u like living with roaches having to replace food no matter wat u put it in cause the roaches can get in anything! Then move here u have found the perfect home!!!
