This is such a cute community! Not only does it have so many units, but it also has a ton of parking. We went there for a grad party and the room was perfect! There is a hair salon next to the party room that looks over the pool and hot tub. This place also has a basketball and tennis court.
Watch out for the cops here. They park and set here 25/7.
Roof leaks through ceiling every 6 months. Management gives no urgency or care ! Very nice place to live though….. if you have money to fix a roof 2x a year. Oh and repaint it. A year later: ceiling is still ruined, roof was just fully fixed (3years into the complaint- first time filed 2020) Now the downstairs floor is ruined with water and maintenance is no where to be located! HOA is 5x as much as any other condos in pit and all they do is cut grass….. here we are again now 2024 11% raise on HOA and not one thing to show! ... read more
