PPA has been great to our family. We have been at PPA for 9 years. The doctors and staff have been dedicated and attentive to after hours calls as needed over the years. We have always trusted their judgment and and feel they truly care for our child. The best part about PPA is same day sick appointments!
Absolutely love this place! They are so knowledgeable and as a new mom that has been great. I always feel super comfortable every time I am there!
My son is 9 months old. Everyone I have encountered there is wonderful! The people at the front desk and nurses always talk to him and are super nice. The doctors are always wonderful with him and answer any of my questions without a problem. I love that they have phone hours every morning 7 days a week and anytime I've had to get in they get me in that day. We especially love Dr. Faccenda!
I love the phone in hour where you can talk to a doctor 7 days a week including holidays. It’s great to ask questions between appointments or to talk to a doctor to know whether to bring your child in or not. Every time we have needed a sick appointment they’ve accommodated us with an appointment within an hour or two. All of the doctors and nurse practitioners we have seen in the practice are great! The front staff is HORRIBLE. I've sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes before even being acknowledged. Every doctor, expect Dr. B and the nurse practitioners are rude, disrespectful and cold hearted. I had a doctor tell me that my son has internal bleeding from his brain, when he was 9 months old, BEFORE he had a ultra sound of his head, which turned out normal. The doctors are horrible, again besides the 3 listed above, and I'm in shock that there still operating. I've switched doctors because of these reasons, and more.
Very responsive. Easy to schedule with. Kind to my son. Has always handled routine care and emergency care promptly and properly.
I'm not pleased with the front desk ppl, nurses or the doctors.
