Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

I've been seeing Dr Pennington for 6 years and he is a great doctor. I have a lot of medical issues and he has done a very good job of helping me manage them. He is very attentive and always listens to me, and pays attention to my health concerns. Getting an appointment is not always easy. His office is very busy and at times I have had to stand in the waiting room, even though I have trouble standing, due to lack of seats. However, it's all worth it because Dr Pennington is the best GP doctor around.

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date. I am not too fond of the chairs in their waiting room. They might want to invest in something that enhances patient comfort. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for (Dr Pennington did but not the staff). I knew that I could count on him at all times. Waiting time is not so good.

No, I was afraid they were going to forget something important Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute
