I can't recommend Kristin G enough! From answering all of our questions to helping stage our home and buying a new one, she was with us every step of the way. Pennie Carroll is tops in her field! She was helpful from the start…even down to telling me what day to list my house because it was right on a parade route through town and the parade was happening the next day. I had my own inspection done early & knew some items that would need to be taken care of. Pennie was able to share recommendations for reputable companies that would be able to do the work in a timely fashion. This person was selling a property, on our block . It is an empty lot with a garage on it. It also has issues and cannot have sewer hooked up without a pumping station (which is expensive). She misrepresented the amount of the property that was for sale, as well. I made her aware of the property issues, but yet some poor fellow bought the property and was not made aware of these issues.
