Garbage company . Let a water bill get to over a thousand dollars without sending me one bill. Then forced me to pay the balance with threat of eviction. Let me pay the balance to zero then tell me they not renewing the lease after they said they would . Then turn around kept my entire security deposit . Claiming unpaid water bills . In process of getting with a lawyer and suing them as I leave this review. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM !!!
Amazing Experience with Hirije at Penn Hunter! “Working with Hirije at Penn Hunter Property Management is an absolute pleasure. She is professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Every question I had was answered promptly, and she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Penn Hunter, especially if you get to work with Hirije! Either you buy, sell or rent properties she is the best!
Consistently promise to resolve issues and never follow through. It’s been a problem since move in day when I picked up my keys and my apartment wasn’t even finished being built. Haven’t been able to sleep through the night with noisy rooftop parties and absolutely nothing has been done to resolve it. I write this at 6am and the music on the roof is still blasting. Avoid at all cost.
Pennhunter has made my life so much easier as a landlord and I have recommended them to all my fellow colleagues. Also Hirije, one of the agents is literally the best, she makes the process so smooth and goes above and beyond for all clients. Highly recommend them!
