I was given the wrong prescription. When I called his office, to say I couldn't see, his staff argued with me! Then, after they got me an appointment, dr.penny says to me wow there is problem I must have written it down wrong. (The prescription) Rude staff, that you must fight with when it's the dr fault. Then after telling penny how his staff treated me. There was nothing. Not even an apology!
He and his staff are the best.
