I took my old home utility trailer to Penner Trailers on Navin Road for wheel bearing work. I was very impressed with Lauren at the front desk. She was friendly, competent and very efficient. I was thrilled with the quality of work they performed and I would definitely return to Penner for future maintenance. Thank you for the excellent service.

Great Customer Service! I had called to confirm about a swing away hitch for boat Trailer, which was confirmed. When I showed up and spoke about why I wanted this part, Parts person told me another way resolve my issue without spending money. I will be back for my future Trailer needs due to this type of Honesty! Which will be shortly as I need Leaf Springs and axle clamps.

I wasn’t here for any trailer business, but my tire blew on the highway today and Penner trailers was the closest business for me to pull into. I asked for help and they were very quick to lend me a hand and figure out my tire situation, they even offered to help me change my bum tire. The staff were all so friendly! I said I had a friend on the way to help me, and they were kind enough to let me park in their lot and wait around for my friend. :) Thank you so much for your help and generosity!
