Met all our needs and expectations and affordable
Rented a gooseneck trailer for a week $105 per day $800 total and I told him I might need it two extra days depending on how the trip goes 5000km back and forth so when I saw it would take an extra two days so I called them on Friday before closing, vocal box,they changed me and extra $600 and a good liard too try to make me believe that he called me and nothing showed up on my phone when he was against the wall ( figure speaking) he suddenly had a witness, he called me when right after the renting so he knew my number
These guys can do pretty much anything, highly recommend going to them for repairs and trailers purchase. We have been using them for 10+ years.
Penner Trailers was great to deal with. Pat the Service manager came through for me and my trailer. Had a catastrophic Hub failure towing home from the lake, Hub Broke while backing trailer up driveway on a Sunday. Called Penner first thing Monday and Pat said if I needed to wait for an appointment they were booking almost 2 weeks out, but if I could get my trailer there, he would fit it in where he could.
