Unreasonably expensive and so rude, I showed up and they didn’t represent respectfully, the person was so mad and kinda rejecting talking nicely.
Good products, terrible support. I had partitions installed about 7 years ago and have been happy with them since. Recently a door was broken by a guest, when I called to have a service team come to repair the door I was told they do not service their products. The best they could offer was to sell me parts and then I would be on my own to figure out how to complete the repair. Extremely disappointed in a company that leaves its customers hanging in such a manor.
Santiago helped with both placing the order and install, was able to work a miracle within my time frame. Highly recommend
