I love where I live, we have a great manager who helps people to figure out things with a cheerful attitude, Always when possible let’s you in office to help you. Also Sarah the service coordinator is there to get you the help you need. The manager tries to keep things going in the bldg to run smoothly
My mother in law moved in here at the end of last October. So there was no need for us to check the AC unit until it got warm outside. First of all, she was told she had to pay $60 to use the AC unit. There's nothing in the handbook about that. But when my husband pulled the cover off yesterday (we wanted to make sure it worked before paying the $60) it is COVERED in black mold. My mother in law moved in here less than a month ago. If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. First of all, the apartment she was given is not the apartment she was shown, nor the apartment she was ok moving in to. Less than a week before moving day, she was informed that the apartment they showed her had a problem and wasn't ready. But the apartment they gave her was not ready either.
