I used to love this practice but it had gone downhill. Dr Schwartz did not take any of my concerns seriously. On top of that, in the middle of explaining what was going on (at his request) his phone rang. He said “this is probably spam but I am going to answer it” He stepped out, came right back in and said “it was spam” then proceeded to talk to us about something completely different. Never had this issue with Dr. McWilliams or Rozwat. I think it’s time to find a new practice
We have been seeing Dr Schwartz for 4.5 years now and he’s wonderful. My son and daughter both love him, he’s full of helpful advice, & not dismissive. When I had my daughter the practice really pulled out all the stops to get us taken care of on the weekend and during non office hours to make sure my daughter was admitted to the hospital for her jaundice promptly. I’ll never forget that. I would recommend this practice and I am quite picky with doctors.
I recently had a health scare with my 14 year old daughter. Dr. Devaney and Patty were absolutely amazing with streamlining everything that needed to be done in order obtain quick and accurate results. God bless them and what they do. We are forever grateful. ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
There are great doctors at this practice but DO NOT under any circumstances see Dr Klein. She was rude at our appointment, didnt seem to listen to me as I described my child’s symptoms. She then tested him for strep and sent us on our way. When the strep test came back negative, she recommended a chest xray despite my child having no cough and her own evaluation of him showed his chest clear. We’ve been taking our daughters to Dr. Schwartz since they were newborns; they’re now 14 and 12. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Schwartz is knowledgeable, thorough, and engaging. My kids love him and will be going there until they age out!
