There are great doctors at this practice but DO NOT under any circumstances see Dr Klein. She was rude at our appointment, didnt seem to listen to me as I described my child’s symptoms. She then tested him for strep and sent us on our way. When the strep test came back negative, she recommended a chest xray despite my child having no cough and her own evaluation of him showed his chest clear. We’ve been taking our daughters to Dr. Schwartz since they were newborns; they’re now 14 and 12. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Schwartz is knowledgeable, thorough, and engaging. My kids love him and will be going there until they age out!
I’m shocked at the low reviews. I have been incredibly happy with Dr Klein for years (and I can be cranky about doctors). Call for a sick visit - are you available now, come on down! We always get seen promptly when needed. I think my only complaint is that they were a little too vaccine hesitant for me. Like, I want all the vaccines! Even the optional ones! I felt the doctors were a little too hesitant to offer them to me.
Absolutely terrible facility. Scared of being sued instead of helping patients.
Love this practice! Been with them since my boys were little , now they are 23 and 25! My daughter comes here and we travel 45 minutes. Front desk is very friendly, and Dr. Schwartz is the best.
