Absolutely terrible facility. Scared of being sued instead of helping patients.
Love this practice! Been with them since my boys were little , now they are 23 and 25! My daughter comes here and we travel 45 minutes. Front desk is very friendly, and Dr. Schwartz is the best.
Dr. Klein was dismissive and had no bedside manner after waiting in the room for her to see us for 45 minutes. She didn’t even great my 5 year old upon entering the room. She downplayed all my concerns about my child having strep because of her strawberry tongue. She said “Her tongue looks quite fine. IF she has strep you’ll find out in the app in 30 min.” My daughter did indeed have strep. There are other AMAZING, attentive, and caring doctors at this practice like Dr. Tsoi and Dr. McWilliams. This is a great practice with really good Drs and staff that are extremely knowledgeable with skilled bedside manner. Both of our children have been seeing them since birth and have taken great care of them through routine visits, sicknesses, and clueless first time parent’s concerns. We couldn’t be happier. Ignore the anti vax nonsense reviews.
Sometimes the customer service is very bad, they are not patient and apparently they do not enjoy their work. Making an appointment is quite a challenge, especially if you don't speak 100% English. They are not all receptionists, I should clarify. But there are one or two that are terrible.
