Friendly staff, great engineers and management is very responsive
Generally our facility is very nice, however we've experienced many issues over the past years. These have included water leakage (ceiling), HVAC problems, and insects. While some issues are resolved in a timely fashion, others have dragged on for multiple weeks before someone came to assess the problem and then many additional weeks before administering a solution. I'm not sure how much influence PennCap has over the road/landscaping crew's schedule, but they often are doing work around the main roads between 7:30-8:00. Thi... read more
