I hate the dentist but Everyone here made my time in the office feel not so horrible. They are truly a caring team from the front desk to the Dentist herself! Thank you for making this a better experience for me.

Look for a different dentist. I was presented a treatment plan with costs which I accepted and executed. A few days later, I was informed that they are not honoring their own plan.. Very unprofessional. We are all busy with life, family and work, and do not have time for this type of nonsense. I highly recommend you find a more respectful dentist to tend to your needs. The Dentist replied to my post, see below. The reply does not address why they would not honor the treatment plan. Typical BS.
I have a history of dental anxiety. The team at Pennbrook from administration through cleaning and repair have been wonderful. I am now taking care of some neglect damage and I trust them whole heartedly. They also communicate very well with openings and updates. I tend to get caught up in my day to day and they make sure I dont miss anything.
