We have a pair of baseball pants through CYC that don't fit. We went to exchange and they were rude, would not exchange and we are stuck with a pair of pants that does not fit. Doesn't sound like above and beyond to me. Not happy with our experience.

Terrible customer service. No organization with team orders. Owners we're rude when trying to remedy the problem. We will never use them again.
