The gentleman in the office were very very professional. They returned calls very quickly, answered all our questions at any time and Were so very, very helpful. The electricians in our backyard were respectful hard-working on time I would highly recommend Penna

Called for a simple quote for additional home outlet and additional light switch. Customer service on the phone was rude and wasted my time. After I explained the worked I would like quoted he stated he would NOT give me a quote because they were “too busy” and booked through end of September. I even stated I was willing to wait for an open schedule date. Bottom line they refused service without a valid reason. I personally would not waste my time with this company. We used this company for an electrical panel replacement/upgrade as well as removal and rewiring of some subpanels. They were quick to respond to the initial request, and Todd came out to quote and walk us through options in detail without trying to upsell. Work was scheduled and completed quickly.

Very professional service from start to finish. Tony provided a great quote that was far below the $6000 quote from another company. The electricians who installed my condo sub panel were courteous and immediately began to work upon arrival. They were efficient and completed the task ahead of the scheduled end time. When the final inspection was done a couple of weeks later, Rafael quickly closed the project and everything was completed in a timely manner. I'm the President of our Homeowners Association. We had old 40 AMP panels in each of our units and wanted to add Air Conditioning and Solar. This required replacing the 4 Meters, the main panel, and all three subpanels in each unit. I can't say enough good things about Penna Electric, their technical staff, and the project manager.
