We contracted with Penna for a full rewire, panel upgrade, and EV charger install for our 3br2ba single family home in Torrance after initially reaching out to 8 electricians, and had a great experience overall. Todd (owner) was one of the few we brought out who actually listened to our goals and honored our vision rather than proposed either much more elaborate (expensive) or simplified (corner-cutting) projects that we weren't asking for. Came in laid clothes down , very efficient only took three hours to put in a new upgraded electrical box.. wrote description for each breaker.
